Qoctor’s medical certificates are priced by the length and type of certificate you need, so you only pay for what suits your situation:
- Same Day Certificate — $14.99: one day of sick leave, for the same day as your appointment.
- 1–2 Day Certificate — $21.99: covers 1–2 days, which can include yesterday, today and/or tomorrow.
- Standard Certificate — $27.99: for up to 5 days of sick leave, and can be backdated up to 5 days, subject to the doctor’s assessment.
- Standard Plus — $34.99: for university special consideration forms or other third-party forms, also covering up to 5 days and backdatable up to 5 days, subject to assessment.
- GP Consultation — $49.99: for absences longer than 7 days, mental health or more complex issues, and situations where you also need something like a prescription or referral.
Every certificate is issued by an AHPRA-registered Australian doctor after a genuine assessment, and is suitable for work, university or carer’s leave. There’s no Medicare rebate on certificate consultations, and no subscription. If the doctor assesses that a certificate isn’t appropriate for your situation, they’ll explain why and advise the right next step.
